8-koi provided the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation’s (PEO STRI) with integration, verification, validation, and the fielding of a self contained turn key training ready Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TC3) Exportable REF capability to train Warrior Skill Level 1 4 at point of need. Kitting of REF Prototypes: 8-koi focused the logical kitting and packaging of the REF TC3 protype hardware and ancillary equipment into transient cases which optimized the configuration to support transportation, storage, and deployment of BDE packages. Validation of the REF TC3 Prototypes: 8-koi planned, supported, and implemented the verification and validation for the REF TC3 prototype configuration. Feilding of REF TC3 Prototypes: 8-koi supported the fielding of up to 8 BDE REF TC3 prototype packages for forward deployed units.
